REEFER’s capture energy that’s normally lost and convert it into power that fuels your critical systems.
Diesel engines waste up to 60% of fuel energy as heat
The heat does nothing but pollute and cost you more
Fleets, construction and remote operations feel it most
How does our system work?

As the diesel engine runs, it produces high-temperature exhaust gases. REEFERS’ system captures this thermal energy through a heat exchanger connected near the engine's exhaust manifold, reducing wasted emissions.

The captured exhaust heat is directed into the REEFERS heat recovery unit, where it is efficiently transferred and stored through conductive elements designed for maximum thermal conversion.

Inside the recovery unit, the thermal energy is converted into usable electrical power via turbine systems, creating a stable output without burning extra fuel.

The generated electricity is routed directly to power essential systems: trailer refrigeration units, auxiliary equipment like cement mixers, or remote sities and battery stations, reducing idle fuel use and emissions.
